Processing Times:

All of our items are made fresh to order. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

• Small Orders (1–12 items):
  ⏳ Up to 1 week processing

• Large Orders (13+ items / bulk / events):
  ⏳ Up to 2 weeks processing

Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Your shipping speed begins once the package is handed to the carrier.

• UPS

• FedEx

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order is shipped.

Not Responsible for Carrier Delays

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost or stalled tracking updates

• Extended transit times due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues

We will always do our best to help, but carrier delays are outside of our control.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some items may require insulated packaging or faster shipping in hot climates. If needed, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
